GIB ReadyLock®

The NEW GIB® ReadyLock® prefinished wall lining system has been developed to remove the need for wet trades on site, reducing mess and saving time.

Following market feedback, Winstone Wallboards (GIB®) identified the need in the commercial interiors market to complete internal wall linings, faster and with less mess.  Procreate with Winstone Wallboardshave developed an innovative and novel interlocking jointer system designed to interface with the new GIB pre-finished plasterboard GIB® ReadyLine™. 

To fix GIB® ReadyLine™ to framing a unique two-piece jointing system has been developed including a uPVC backer and a powder coated aluminium face piece. The two piece design makes installation faster, and allows for de-mounting of the prefinished GIB® ReadyLine™ making repairs quick and less prone to damage while wet. The system also includes a range of intersecting caps which address issues installers experience over how to intersect multiple pre-finished sheets. The caps also allow for miss-cutting as they cover over the cuts but continue the negative detail across an intersection, hiding any issues.

With a price point similar to that of the traditional fix, stop, paint, the system is already gaining a lot of interest from commercial contractors wanting to complete interiors faster and with less mess.
