FLOCK OF CHAMPIONS
Procreate are proud to see the Flock of Champions public art installation unveiled in Masterton to kick off the 2026 Golden Shears sheep shearing and Woolhandling Championship.
The group of sheep sculptures have been painted by local Masterton artists to celebrate the diverse nations competing at the event.
Procreate worked closely with Masterton Trust Lands Trust to design the geometric fiberglass sheep canvases that were then produced by Bootleg design.
The team has enjoyed working on this project and are thrilled to see the sheep brought to life by the artists and now out in the open for everyone to enjoy.
3D Printing
One of the many benefits of our new studio space has been having the space to expand the scale of our in-house 3D printing operation. The additional FDM and SLA resin machines on site allow the team to produce parts without the delay of working with external suppliers. For clients this means more responsive and frequent prototyping during the design process with printers suited to a range of required outcomes from ready to paint fine finishes and tiny details all the way to large fast prints for verifying the fit of existing components.
We are now also able to open up our 3D printing service to new clients. Whether you simply want a hand producing parts of your own design or want the full design process - Procreate can give life to your ideas.
Welcome Jack
We are pleased to welcome the newest member of the Procreate team - Jack Moody.
A process engineer turned professional triathlete, Jack brings eight years of elite performance experience back to the engineering world. In his previous Engineering positions Jack has spent time at Fisher and Paykel and Jaguar in the UK. He thrives on efficiency, innovation, and pushing boundaries—whether in design or sport.
Welcome Upesh
Procreate would like to welcome Upesh Patel to the team. Upesh brings over 25 years of experience in product development, project management, and leadership across a diverse range of industries, including home appliances (Fisher & Paykel), industrial machinery (Compac/Tomra), and bathroom fixtures (Methven). Throughout his career, he has played a key role in delivering award-winning products, including those recognized with Best and Red Dot awards.
Additionally with 4 years of experience in a product design consultancy environment, Upesh has developed a strong skill set in both project and client relationship management, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on operational leadership.
Upesh’s expertise spans product design, process improvement, and financial oversight, making him a key player in managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
We have MOVED!
Procreate has moved to a larger premise which allows us to better serve our clients. We have more room to swing a cat plus the added benefit of a bigger Design Studio, the ability to fit more 3D Printing and Prototyping equipment on site and warehousing.
The likes of Orikan and numerous other technology clients will see benefit in our offering being able to better facilitate Testing, Production, Quality Assurance and Design Support onsite. It's also special that after many years working with long term customers like TrailLite - we can finally fit one of their beautiful Motorhomes inside as well.
We're stoked and we'd love you to come by for a look around and a coffee from the famous Procreate Rocket machine.

JET BLACK LAUNCHES NEW PRODUCTS
We are proud to see products we designed with JetBlack now on the market and being sold by Zwift. The recently launched Trainer Table and Trainer Fan have come out looking great and we can't wait to see the response form the international market.

We are thrilled to have the TrailLite 100 series caravan announced as a finalist in the Best design awards.
We are super proud of the work that went into this project and always enjoy the process when working with the TrailLite team.
