The client, Australian based cycling company JetBlack, manufacture and supply ‘Smart Trainer’ products and accessories. Through Covid, the world of Zwift and digital/avatar training platforms boomed - to the extent that the world sold out of Smart Trainers. The new ‘Turn Block’ allows the user to experience the digital cycling world at a whole new level where ‘Turn’ technology is brought to the fore.

Experience freedom of movement on your indoor trainer. The Turn Block has been designed to level the front wheel whilst allowing freedom of movement through your handlebars. This provides another level of realism to your ride on any indoor trainer and protects your equipment from stress.

This patented product was used by Zwift on their stand at Eurobike, (The biggest annual bike show in the world), in Germany showcasing both the client as a leader in the design innovation space and cementing them as an international player in this massive growth market.

Procreate led the development of the JetBlack Wheel Block - from initial product Specification, Concept Generation right through to Detailed Mechanical Engineering and Documentation in the end specifying the product for volume production.
